Terms

Arrival and departure:

On departure day we offer you the room until 10.00 clock available, ask the other to understand that not the room can usually be obtained before 15h00 clock.

Deposit:

For a confirmed reservation, we ask you for a deposit of € 150, - per room on our account. The detailed data bank, we will inform you at a fixed reservation. Only after you made the payment the reservation is valid!

Cancellations:

Room cancellations are valid only in writing. Up to three months before arrival no cancellation fee, up to 1 month before arrival will be charged three days. From 1 month before arrival we charge you 50% of the total cost. Early departure at the total amount will be charged.

Cancellation policy:

It is the Austrian Hotel regulations.

Trip cancellation insurance:

A hotel booking is a contract of sale. In case of cancellation, late arrival, early departure, ... subject to cancellation fees. Apply the Austrian Hotel and a short-term cancellation / failure, we are entitled to charge up to 80% of the total

Each can get something in between (illness, accident, ... etc.). Therefore we recommend for this case, a trip cancellation insurance. For this, we recommend the European travel insurance (your insurance advisor for advice).

Non smoking - smoking?

Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.

Animals:

Small pets are welcome by appointment only. For this we charge EURO 6, - per day.
